- Mandatory Open Delivery | अनिवार्य ओपन डिलीवरी 🔍
English: We provide an Open Delivery service. You must inspect the product’s color, size, and condition in front of the delivery partner. Once accepted, no claims for “Physical Damage” will be entertained.
Hindi: Hum Open Delivery ki suvidha dete hain. Aapko rider ke samne hi product ka rang, size aur condition check karni hogi. Ek baar product lene ke baad, “Physical Damage” (kata-fata) ka koi claim manya nahi hoga. - Strict 24-Hour Window | 24-ghante ki seema 🕒
English: Any manufacturing defect must be reported via WhatsApp within 2 to 3 hours of delivery. Complaints after this window will not be accepted.
Hindi: Kisi bhi manufacturing defect ki shikayat delivery ke 24 ghante ke bheetar hamare WhatsApp par deni hogi. 24ghante ke baad koi bhi shikayat sweekar nahi ki jayegi. - Return Eligibility | वापसी की शर्तें 🚫
English: Products must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns based on “change of mind” or “personal liking” after the rider leaves are not allowed.
Hindi: Product naya hona chahiye aur uspar tag laga hona chahiye. Rider ke jaane ke baad “pasand nahi aa raha” ya “mann badal gaya” jaise kaaranon par return nahi liya jayega. - Refund & Exchange | रिफंड और एक्सचेंज 💳
English: We primarily offer an Exchange for defective items. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund will be sent to your original payment source within 5-7 working days. No Cash Refunds.
Hindi: Kharab saaman ke badle hum Exchange (dusra wahi saaman) dete hain. Agar exchange mumkin nahi hua, toh 5-7 din mein aapke bank/UPI mein paisa wapas aayega. Cash refund nahi diya jayega. - Cancellation | ऑर्डर कैंसिलेशन 🚪
English: Refusing a delivery without a valid reason may result in the permanent suspension of your Cash on Delivery (COD) facility.
Hindi: Bina kisi thos kaaran ke delivery lene se mana karne par, aapki Cash on Delivery (COD) suvidha hamesha ke liye band ki ja sakti hai.
